About the first EP, The Fifth Element

Aether, also known as The Fifth Element or Quintessence in English, is the substance that, according to ancient and medieval science, unites the four elements of water, air, earth, and fire and fills the world above the air sphere.

The Fifth Element is the title of the first official EP by LANDlessMusix. It is the journey experience of a person who has followed a light and reached the Earth in search of his lost love.

The four songs on this EP each convey significant meanings on their own while also being intimately tied to one another and illustrating events, paths, and the passage of time:

  • The four elements (air, earth, water, and fire)
  • From the perspective of a day’s and night’s time (dawn, noon, evening, and night),
  • Regarding the meaning of verses and poems.

Finally, as was said in the definition of The Fifth Element in this EP, it will be defined as the feelings and experience that the listener gains after listening to these four pieces.

I can talk to whomever,

With each note, the passenger’s song weaves tales of hope and elation, kindled by the mere thought of gazing upon his beloved once more.

I am that thirsty desert.
Thirsty for the sanctum of your eye,

The passenger is quite exhausted and sad at what he witnessed.
He portrays a time when conflict and anarchy were rampant, and humanity was on the verge of extinction. In the end, though, he sees the light, and his heart is once more filled with hope

. . . The end is coming
The world is so chaotic
Whimpers and cries flow through
Now, humankind is dying . . .
